I had an incredible chocolate dipped double waffle cone! The cream of the ice cream is amazing. The chocolate chunks are perfect. The peanut butter and cookie dough were delightful!

I drove out here after a Reds' game and had some DELICIOUS Black Raspberry gelato. It's a cool atmosphere with good ice cream. Highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves on Xavier's campus.

It's Graeter's - Would you expect anything less than a 5-star review? This location is smaller than most; however, good things do sometimes come in small packages! The store is clean, modern, and inviting. It carries all of your favorite flavors and unique creations. Employees are friendly, eager to serve, and extremely knowledgeable. I actually learned more about Graeter's rich heritage and its unique ice cream making process, in just one visit to this location; compared to all other visits to other locations, combined. It is a welcomed addition to University Station and the Xavier area community.

Im actually sitting here now because of the cold welcome i recieved. I feel like im protesting, a sit-in, if you will. The lady with the mole was incredibly rude, and everytime o inquired about an item, she threw out a price, like i was some bum on thr street and she was a retailer on rodeo drive! And im going to sit here taking ny time with thisittle scoop until im ready to go. There was no service, i felt like an intruder. I wont be returning to this location. At least, not while she's on shift. She was very pleasant to everyone else, too. Just not me.

Never have an issue with parking as the lot behind building always had spots open. Customer service has been excellent and good selection of packaged ice cream to buy and take home.

The ice cream and sodas are great as always. This location looks like one of the newest. It's in the ground floor of apartments on the edge of the Xavier campus and there's parking around the back of the building with a convenient walk-through area to access Graeters.

Excellent place to sit with my son & hang out& just talk & eat ice cream. I had Cheese Crown ice cream with chocolate sprinkles & Connor had strawberry. We had a very sweet time! Thanks Graeters!
